VTransaction Expert currently ships hardware products to the following locations:

We do not currently ship hardware to international destinations outside the United States and Canada. For merchants located in other countries, please contact our sales team to discuss available options.

5. Order Processing Time

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days before your order is handed over to the shipping carrier. This processing time is separate from and in addition to the shipping time estimates provided above.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing may take longer than usual. We will notify you of any significant delays that may affect your order.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the destination address, and the weight and dimensions of the products ordered. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

VTransaction Expert may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Terms and conditions for any such promotions will be clearly stated at the time they are offered.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Changes to your order, including shipping address, shipping method, or order cancellation, must be requested before your order enters the shipping process.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you no longer want the items after they have been shipped, you will need to follow our return procedure as outlined in our Refund Policy.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

VTransaction Expert takes every precaution to ensure that your products are packaged securely. However, if your order arrives damaged:

  1. Please take photos of the damaged packaging and products.
  2. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged shipment.
  3. Do not discard the damaged items or packaging until instructed to do so.

For lost shipments, please wait until after the estimated delivery date before reporting a lost package. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the indicated delivery date.

For defective hardware covered under warranty, VTransaction Expert will provide a prepaid shipping label for return shipment. For non-warranty returns or returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
